IT Jobs at The Family Security Plan® can include:

IT Support Specialist: Team members in this role will apply their customer service skills and experience, providing troubleshooting assistance for the Windows family of products, especially Windows 10 and Office 365. This role requires the employee to be extremely detail oriented as we are Soc 2 Type 2 certified.

IT Support Supervisor: In this role, team members will collect daily support resolution feedback and escalation requirements from the Support Specialist, with the end goal of empowering the team to answer calls and respond to support tickets; troubleshoot; and log all incoming calls in helpdesk database.
